Our Vision
Our mission is to develop a high-quality, 100+ unit residential building on a one-acre site in downtown Bothell, WA, near Pop Keeney Field and McMenamins, through our dedicated not-for-profit organization, called IDDeal Living. Over three years, we have collaborated with the City of Bothell to secure optimal zoning and building code amendments with the intend to build an affordable and inclusive apartment housing community.
We are committed to fostering an inclusive, safe, and affordable community, with 25-50% of units designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and the remaining units at or below the area median income (AMI).
Residents will enjoy intentional indoor and outdoor community spaces—including sitting areas, walking paths, a rooftop, and a community kitchen—enhanced by advanced security measures such as 24-hour concierge services, comprehensive video monitoring, and smart technology in common areas.
To realize this vision, we will strategically pursue funding from individuals, businesses, city, state and federal government. Balancing innovative and practical design, the project will offer both rental and potential ownership opportunities while supporting resident independence through potential shared caregivers and support systems. Our goal is to create a welcoming, efficient, and forward-thinking community that enriches diverse lives and sets an example for other affordable inclusive housing projects.

Land has been acquired Thorsk St & 96th Avenue NE in Bothell, WA. This is in the heart of downtown Bothell near the library, Pop Keeney stadium, and the Alyssa Burnett Center
About Us
IDDeal Living, founded by a passionate couple in Bothell, is leading the charge on an innovative project that promises to reshape the community. Motivated by their personal journey of raising an adult daughter with disabilities and witnessing the shortage of affordable housing options in the area, the couple has secured a 1-acre plot in Bothell to construct an affordable inclusive apartment community for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) and others in need of an economical place to call home.
